How to transfer my domain into other account of Dynadot?

Hey guys! I have a problem: "Sorry, we cannot transfer your domain:
The domain 'xxxxx' is already registered at Dynadot."

How to resolve this? Question is absent in the FAQ.

Hi, as the domain is already registered to us you'll just need to make a 'Change Ownership Request'. Unlike the a domain transfer, this is free and the domain will be moved once both parties have accepted the request. There's some more information on this here:
