how to push domain to another user?

hi I am wondering how to push a domain to a new user. I get an error that says cannot find user based on forum name. This person just made an account yesturday so I could push my domain to him, thanks

Please note that the domain needs to be unlocked before you can push a domain. You can initiate a push by following these steps:
