Hello,

I just in support of Mr fortunato cartolano (FCOGlobal.com) which at several complaint to dynadot.

I am web creator in Europe, I have several account at dynadot…

Currently I am responsible for creating a new version of the site for the FCO Global (FCOGlobal.com) company.

Even if the domain name is property of Mr fortunato cartolano as shown here:

FCOGlobal.com

Registrant:
fortunato cartolano
9 rue de pourrenque
fenouillet 31150
France

Administrative Contact:
webimagin

Technical Contact:

It is impossible to obtain an authentication code for a transfer to another account (Auth), and thus change the server name, because they point to a unavailable server.

The company which to filed the domain name WebImagine no longer exists, they stopped their services.

I therefore request the dynadot team, to take the necessary to make the field to its owner.

To contact me or mr fortunato cartolano.

Thanks for your help.
