How to delete email mailboxes

I found an article by Dynadot that explained how to do this, however I can't select the box in "My Emails"

Hello,

We are sorry to hear you are having issues deleting your mailbox. kindly note if you are on the free email plan, you won’t be able to do this, you will need to upgrade to the Pro plan for you to be able to do this.
