How to combine custom DNS with Dynadot Email forwarding?

Hello Folks,

I'm trying to make use of the convenient email forwarding that Dynadot provides while trying to setup custom MX and TXT records. The GUI doesn't seem to allow me to do this. Any Help?

We're seeing this error when trying to set up email forwarding after having Custom DNS switched on:

There is 1 error
Cannot set email forwarding settings. Email Settings cannot be used with Custom DNS.
