How many times do we need to enter authorization codes?

We have entered auth codes twice now for the below domains and the account still says it's waiting for authorization for these. I tried just now to enter the codes again and my shopping cart showed up as if I was going to get charged again, even though we've already paid.
Please help get this fixed.
