How can I use a domain for Blogger.com ?

I have tried to use my own domain which is registered with Dynadot for my Blogger,com blog. But I can't able to point it as Google described

In order to set up your domain with Blogger, please follow the steps outlined in this help file: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/set-up-blogger.

Please note that you will need to edit your settings on both your Dynadot account and your Blogger account.
