Ok,

So I've done this before I am sure. But I need to unlock my account and it seems physically impossible to do so.

I have the App. I open the App, it asks for my Account Serial Number.

OK! So How do I get my account Serial Number? I have to unlock my account.

OK! But I cant unlock my account because I need the Serial number to generate a token to unlock my account to get my serial number.

Has no one ever thought of / come across this before?! Why not?!

I've not lost my cellphone either.

You were supposed to keep a record of your serial number in a safe place.  The token feature has been disabled, so you should be able to unlock your account now. :)
