Help with Server

I have Windows Server 2003 installed on a server.
How would I connect my Domain I purchased to the server.
Im a noob at this, so give me a break.

If you do have a static IP address then you can use the Dynadot DNS name server option to connect the domain to your server, and then I suppose, you would have to configure the server to host your domain.
