My domain is www.infotechbd.com google tell me "Google couldn't access your site because of a DNS error."

They are probably referring to their verification process. Since your domain uses the name servers of your web host, any TXT or CNAME record they've asked you to inout would need to be done with them. Using our DNS records would take your site offline.
