glue dns issues with international domains

Good day to you. i recently decided to use dyndot for my glue dns name to host sites on my server.
while some of my sites are working others are not.
below is the link i got from the provider from one of the sites not working. please may you kindly access the link below to see how you can assist. thanks

You've done everything you need to do with us. Looks like you still need to create A records for ns1/ns2.shopandmall.com on your hosting server.
