Fees if Transfer Within Dynadot?

Does dynadot still charge transfer fees even if you transfer within dynadot.com?

Example: If I was to transfer a domain from one dynadot account to another dynadot account. Would they still charge the 6 or 7 bucks for a transfer.

Account to account is free within DynaDot. Actually the other charge for transferring a domain to DynaDot is for a further 1 year domain renewal so it is not really a transfer fee.
