I made a domain name for my Blogger blog. When I was shared a post to my Facebook wall, it is only shows my domain name as the post title and the post description. It works perfectly on my blogger url. Why is that? I want to correct this issue.

That sounds like an issue you'll need to resolve either in your WordPress settings or in Facebook, sorry.
