False advertising?

I was reading from your main page that if i transfer a domain from another registrant to yours, i will get one year registration extension for free of charge?

I did transfer today one domain but i got charged normally.

How came?

Hello,

A domain transfer isn't free, it generally costs $9.75. When a domain is transferred to us, we extend the expiration date by one year.
