I transferred domains to dyndadot. Confirmations were received, the site appears to be working, but email is not coming through. Emailing your staff is NOT getting me anywhere. Would someone please tell me what is going on? And your voice mail cuts people off while they are waiting.
Your email stopped functioning when you set you domain to stealth forwarding, thus removing it from our hosting servers. Our customer support team added in an MX record for your domain so that you could receive emails while still using stealth forwarding. It seem to have worked as there are several test messages sitting in your inbox now.
I'm having the exact same issue and getting the runaround - not getting emails - being forwarded the same response to read the help topic of how to set up emails - being told that i have email forwarding enabled when i dont - being told that it is because i am sending the emails to myself in the inbox if dynadot im getting the total runaround - what is going on??
