How do I create the above??

google apps mail does come with a few drawbacks, the spam filtering is sometimes annoying and causes you to miss emails via pop3/imap (which is Outlook) because Spam/ is only viewable via webmail which is slow and with ads
and occasionally it delays mails or doesnt want to send bigger attachments (via webmail works), im moving my mail to my dedicated server when ill have some free time, so..
but it works nicely for a _free_ mail solution

host it on google aps, you get gmail power + your domain + multiuser + gmail hickups :)
