Dynadot name server cannot be reached

IP Status of 'MY WEBSITE HERE' Name Server Unreachable - one or more name servers for this domain can not be reached. Please contact the admin for the name server.

ns2.dynadot.com

Zone Name Servers ns1.dynadot.com
ns2.dynadot.com

ns1.dynadot.com 'MY WEBSITE HERE' No response.

'MY WEBSITE HERE' No response.

ns2.dynadot.com 'MY WEBSITE HERE' No response.

'MY WEBSITE HERE' No response.

My website has been offline for nearly a week and I really need it back online before the end of the month...

Please help.

The IP lookup results are showing the proper IP response right now.

If before, you set your domain to use ns1.dynadot.com and ns2.dynadot.com directly in the "Hosting elsewhere/Name Servers" section, then our name servers wouldn't respond. You would need to select a Dynadot Service(Parking/Forwarding/Hosting) to have the name servers respond. Selecting one of those services automatically sets the domain to use our name servers.
