Domains Not Working Despite Active Registration

We have 64 domains registered and working until the end of this year or mid-next year. Yesterday everything worked fine, but today the websites are not opening. WhoIS shows the domains are not registered. Please check and fix this issue urgently.

Hello, we checked through some domains in your account and those are working fine and Whois shows the correct status. Can we ask you to contact our live support to let them support you further?
