Why am I being asked to email LegitScript for my domain with Dynadot? None of these domains violate any laws and none of them are online pharmacies; some of them do provide information about the dangers of online pharmacies and links to the US FDA's website. **One of the domains that has been disabled has absolutely *no* content at all. It is used as a nameserver for hundreds of other domains that have nothing to do with pharmacy. All of these domains were inactivated as soon as the domain was disabled.
I emailed customer service as soon as I discovered that my domains were offline. I called customer service this morning and was told that I have to wait for an email response.
If Dynadot does not want to be the registrar for these domains, that is fine but please enable the domains so I can transfer them.
That simply isn't true. None of the sites were pharmacies but they provided resources and information to people without health insurance who wanted to legally order medicine online. The only reference to "no prescription" was that some of the websites had certified doctors that would perform an online consultation and therefore "no prior prescription required". All of the links on the site went to online pharmacies were absolutely compliant with the laws of their locality. And each one of them also required a prescription since they are legitimate. Articles were published explaining how US residents were not allowed to use the website and they were directed to the FDA's website about ordering medication online. Furthermore, all outbound links were monitored and if the user was a US resident, they were not allowed to follow the link. This is true for each site, except the one domain which I have emailed you about since it had no content.
The one domain served as a nameserver and was legally obligated to not host any content. At the very least, I request that the nameserver domain be reviewed. Please refer to my emails for the details.

Before disabling the domains, we checked each one and took screenshots. They were rogue pharmacies, some which advertised themselves as selling drugs without the need of a prescription. That violates US law.
This is my third day without a reply to my urgent email as my domains are disabled. I have a complete loss of service for all domains that use the shared nameserver for one of the domains. There are substantial damages accruing from this action.
I need a response because this is having a material effect on multiple businesses.
