I requested a transfer for thefreecontent.com (order 87656)  to my client's namescheap account, but after looking it up the whois, it's not at dotster and under someone else!

What do I do? I need it transfered to my client's account ASAP. The email also confirmed the transfer.. so I don't know why it's now at the wrong place

According to the whois lookup, it was transferred to Dotster. I don't know the username. You would have to ask Dotster.

Can you please let me know which username and registar it was transfered away to? The request I confirmed was from namecheap but the WHOIS is from dotster.

Is there a confirmation email you can foward to me?

You would have to contact Dotster or Namecheap because the domain has been transferred away from Dynadot.
