Domain Transfer Problem for .co.uk

I can not see the section to get my transfer transaction ID code. I have confirmed my who.is contact info is correct. I have also unlocked the domain and my account. I can not understand why i can not see the ID code.

.co.uk domains are different. You will need to change the TAG to the new registrar and release the domain. Our records show you opened a ticket and our support team was able to help.
