Domain transfer issue

Hello support team,

We've launched a transfer of some domain names from one registrar to another.
For some reason one domain wasn't transferred.
Swingerpalace.com domain has failed for some reason. Please, let me know what the issue is.

The transfer request for swingerpalace.com was rejected by WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC. Please contact them to determine the reason.
