Hi

Person A has account with Dynadot and wants to transfer domain names from Person B which has registered the domains in German registrar.

Person A sends transfer request. Person B receives transfer request from Dynadot, but in the email Dynadot provides information that the new registrant is still Person B and not Person A. Due to legal issues (entering into Service Agreement) the original owner - Person B doesn't want to agree with the transfer because the new registrant name is still Person B and not Person A.

Here is the information from Dynadot provided in the email that causes confusion:

This is urgent, please let us know how can we solve this.
