Domain renewal order placed 3 hours ago, domain not yet renewed

A order for .info domain renewal was placed nearly 3 hours ago
order number: 3564356
However the domain has not been renewed yet.
Kindly let me know the reason for the delay in domain renewal

The issue had to do with connecting to the Registry.
