Been over 48 Hrs since payment, when and if the domain is going to be up?

After which i have gone Through the fourms, which i should've don't first, is this a scam? what is it? Does this company only have 1 staff?

When you placed your order on May 27, we sent you several emails regarding a verification that needed to be completed. Once you complete the verification, your order will be processed.
