Domain paid, still showing "Waiting for Payment"
5/6/2011 16:55
I have paid for my domain, and it is still listed under "open orders" as Waiting for payment. While it shows cost: 9.75, Paid: 9.75...

I'd like to have my domain processed!

I don't know what's happening to Dynadot, why aren't domains being instantly processed?

EDIT: It's now showing as "Processing", what the hell is happening to Dynadot?

Hello,

In most cases,  you will only be asked to verify one order per account.  Not all accounts / orders require verification.

Best Regards,

After the first payment via credit card, do we still need to wait for your auth for the later domain reg?

Hello,

Dynadot's order system is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently.  Most people posting on forums about delays in processing are customers who have not responded to our requests for verification.  Fraud is, unfortunately, a serious issue and we take all steps necessary to keep things secure.  If you are waiting for an order to process,  please check your email as we may well be trying to contact you.

Best Regards,

Dynadot Staff

same here! I'm starting to get a little bit worried. and in the search for domains it says that the domain is still available. so, I've already paid, imagine that someone else decides to buy the same, how would it be?!

dynadot, please resolve this situation quickly
