1. without prior notice Dynadot locks my domains on Friday at 17-59.
2. Dynadot support says "wait" - endless time untill we "get back to your business" = "nowhen"
3. 72 hours passed - and no answer at all!
Dynadot is the most customer unfriendly domain seller I have ever seen. I do not see the reason why my domain was locked, as well as no court deceision (according to ICANN rules) - but my domain is locked.
MAYBE I need to call my lawyer and start writting you a letter to call you to the court?
And I see that customers are nothing for you if yom make them wait for more than 3 days.
Awesome example of bad customre support!
If my domain does not fit you - I can transfer it in 1 hour. Or you should provide me with a written notice of what has happened.
