Domain name Transfer problem

Hi There,

I would like to transfer a domain which is currently registered with you to another registrar for a client of mine.

I've unlocked the domain, I have the whois email info, I have the auth code...everything.
I even received an email from Godaddy (the new registrar) for the "DOMAIN NAME TRANSFER - Initial Authorization for Registrar Transfer".

How do I initiate the actual transfer?!
