domain name not showing up

I am trying to host my domain with dynadot so I can manage it along with my other domains I have here. I went to my registrar and changed the name servers to:
ns1.dynadot.com
ns2.dynadot.com
my registrar said it would take a few minutes to show up. it has been a few minutes already so I am wondering if there is something I might have missed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
