Domain forwarding with full path

Is it possible to forward a domain such that the paths forward as well?

That is, I own the domain www.jcpd.net, and I have web material on http://mysite.verizon.net/jcmcchow/MTL/MTLindex.html. I'd like for people to be able to type http://www.jcpd.net/MTL/MTLindex.html in a browser and go directly to that page. Is there a way to set that up?
