Domain DNS no record

Hi,
I have just purchased thamelhandicraft.com before couple of days ago . I have already set my DNS to

ns1.nepallink.net
ns2.nepallink.net

And yesterday night It showed up my hosted page without any problem. But when I tried to run today morning. I see there is nothing , not even ping is working. What is happening to my domain ??
