Domain Disabled

Hello there!

It's my first time having this problem, and I'm begin to worry a lot for it.
I'm trying to access my CPanel, email and so on to edit my website and check my emails (some of them are really important) and I can't since my domain (luigiht.com) is disabled somehow by Dynadot. It says on my Account Summary: "disabled - cannot edit website"

How can I fix it, can you help me, please?

Account managers are available Mon-Fri from 9-6 Pacific Time.  Your emails will be responded to as quickly as the work-load will allow.

Emails aren't helping me fix the problem, how often do you check [email protected] email? I have answered a mail this morning and didn't get an answer till now.
