domain and subdomain not working

hi i have a domain name jobsbelt.com i hosted it on a shared server.i want make sub-domain e.g usa.jobsbelt.com and i want to host my sub-domain on blogger blog?

i tried using DNS setting. but the main domain not working help me

The naked domain was working. You were just missing the www subdomain record. I've added that in for you.
