Do all domain extensions have credited grace period?

Ok I made a big mistake and am wondering how to cut my losses
since I thought the grace period meant refund and it does not. Can someone please help me? What domain extensions are covered under the grace period? Thanks

According to Dynadot's help section:

You will receive a full account credit in most cases. Please note that UK and EU domains cannot be deleted for credit.
