DNS settings to another parking page

Please help is needed here.I tried to submit my new host's server in my dynadot account but they kept telling me it's not correct.What then is the format? They gave me

ns1.fastpark.net -- 216.8.179.50
ns2.fastpark.net -- 216.8.177.29.

what then is the format if i cant submit like this

You just need to add

ns1.fastpark.net
ns2.fastpark.net

No ipaddress needed
