Dns?

Hi, I bought a domain name and for now I don't have a hosting.
So I made an account on 110mb.com and their DNS are
ns1.110mb.com
ns2.110mb.com

I'd like to know how to set up my DNS since it's my first domain and I don't really know how it works.
