I want to create a subdomain and using MX -record and CNAME Records while using nameserver.
How could I do that?

Unfortunately, you cannot set up a subdomain, MX records, and CNAME records if you are using someone else's name servers.  You will need to set up the subdomain, MX records, and CNAME records with your web host instead of us since you are using your web host's name servers.
