Changing Name Server While Domain is in Process of Transferring

I need to change my Name Servers because my site is down but I am in the process of transferring my domain in order to better work with Microsoft 365. Can you fix it in the backend for me or somehow expedite the transfer of the domain so I can change the Nameservers on Godaddy? My username is aquinasnmore.
