Changing MX records of a Domain

Hello,

I've recently procured a hostgator plan for hosting my blog and the nameservers have been set.
Earlier I used to work with Dynadot DNS for my Google Apps email account and the MX records were easily set.
Now I wish to know how to change the MX records (and other domain records) for this new nameserver domain.

Can anyone help?

Your web hosting company should be able to assist you on how to do this. Please contact them.
