Changing DNS for my domain

I changed my DNS configurations to my new host(Digital ocean) since 16h ago and nothing changed yet, plus I can't take a snap chat with error 'Could not get an IP address for your domain. Please see the IP Lookup results for more details.'
Can you help?

It can take anywhere between a few minutes to 48 hours for changes to propagate. Our records show your domain is now online with "404 Not Found
nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu)" error, you will need to address the site error withyour host.
