Hello.

I tried to transfer domain name bjyzk.com from namescout.com to dynadot, but was failed.
I got error
We are unable to find the Whois informatino for bjyzk.com. Can you please contact your previous registrar regarding this?

I tried to contact their support and after 3 days I got such an answer.
We're investigating why the data isn't displaying properly at third party whois searches. In the meantime, you can use
http://www.namescout.com/whois.asp?domain=bjyzk.com&wserver=whois.Namescout.com for a full check of the whois information.

And no respond after that mail :((

Domain name will expiry after couple days, are there any chances to manually put whois in transfer info? or use another whois server?

Also how I can contact support? Cant find anything like tickets system here on dynadot

they usually reply fast within business hours, if need faster you can try to phone them

sounds like namescout is trying to make you renew with them, i dont think dynadot can do anything about this, see their registration AUP and make a complaint with icann or bbb if nothing else..
