cannot reach name servers

I have pointed a domain to my servers and have waited three days now and it hasn't picked up my nameservers. I have over 200 domains with other companies pointing to my nameservers and have not had any problems like this... none of my domains here can reach my nameservers.. its a dedicated server from 1&1.

please check your system with my account to see if there is a fault on your side.

An IP lookup shows that the name servers for one of your domains is offline or is not accepting web requests.  You need to contact your web host and find out why their name servers are offline.

To do an IP lookup, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
  3. Find the domain name you want to check and click on the ellipsis next to the lock icon.
  4. Choose "ip lookup" from the list.

Your page should look like what is shown below:


The IP lookup will load in a new browser tab.
