Hello,

Since 30 days I receive email warning to renew ssl certificate.

Each time I click with renew: nothing, and inside actual ssl certificate I see:

Expiration Date         2013/12/23   Cannot be renewed at this time. Please try again closer to the expiration date.

Any idea ?

Our apologies for the misleading error message.  We no longer partner with RapidSSL.  That is the reason we cannot renew this certificate for you.  We do still partner with AlphaSSL, you if you would still like to purchase SSL certificates through us, you can do so here:
