Can not access the cPanel

I signed up on with this company yesterday, bought my new domain name and now I do not have access too the cPanel.
I was on it yesterday uploading my forum files but now its not working, when I click it it says ''Internet Explorer could not access this webpage''.
It says the same too my friend, any problems that I could be causing while trying to gain access ?
