Can I change my Domain Name

Hi there.
I have a Domain Name but I'd like to change it to a different name instad.

Can I do that?
If yes
How?

You can delete the name within 5 days, get a refund (account credit) and use the money to register another name. This is for .com .net etc - no refund for .eu .tv
