Adding TXT record deleted nameservers

Adding TXT record deleted ma 2 nameserver entries. What I did was go to custom dns and add the TXT record, then saved. A little while later I noticed the nameservers were not set anymore (site not found). How can I avoid this in future?

When you use custom DNS to add TXT record you override nameserver settings. In the future you would need to use Custom DNS to add TXT, or contact you host to add the TXT.
