add text to verify ownership for flippa

I have a domain that I want to list on flipp.com. They requested I add a string of characters into the txt section of DNS to prove ownership of the domain. I have done this but they can not see it. I have done this procedure several times for sedo.com without any problems.

Could you list the steps for adding a character string to txt at custom dns for verification of ownership.
