Hi !!

If i buy a expired pagerank domain through auction.. will the pagerank remains.. even after i renew the domain or after moving the domain into my account. Does google resets its pagerank to zero.. after changing the owner..

If the domain gets dropped then yes the pagerank will be reset, if the domain is pushed or simply changes owners the domain will keep its PR as long as you don't do anything to ruin it (like linking to spam/banned sites)

Hi Spark,

I recently bought a pr domain in the expired domain auction here. And it has, so far, kept it's pr.
From what I understand, PR is determined by backlinks and authority of the sites linking to the site in question.

Hope this helps... :)

It depends upon you!
If you park that domain, it will certainly lose its pagerank in a few weeks.
You can develop a good page with that domain and stabilize that page rank.
You will benefit from the traffic also.
Good Luck!
