Return domain to seller

Is there any way to transfer a domain back to a seller without waiting 3-4 months to do so?

Any newly transferred domain cannot be transferred for 60 days since the time of the original transfer. This is called a transfer lock, and it is part of ICANN policy which all Registrars must abide by. Here are some links with further information about the topic:
