Your best bet is to simply link to your parked Web page. Here is a great example: www.edge.tel

Now when people visit the page, they are only given one option to visit another Web page (which they will hopefully take).

Previous poster is correct. You can only upload your contact information to your tel domain. Here is an example of a tel domains:

.tel's cannot be parked. .tel's will not resolve until some sort of contact info. is added. Other than that, you either get a contact page or a non-resolving domain.
